"It was my extreme pleasure to be assisted today by such a professional, caring representative at our Insurance company. I explained our situation with our previous Prodvider who sent us a " renewal for renters insurance we had requested to be canceled shortly after we purchased it last year when They decided to drastically raise my husband's auto insurance rates!" I explained to Ms Melissa that the Representative at All care stated that " she saw a notation on our account to cancel the policy but they " never received a signature"? My husband paid in advance for an entire year of renters insurance and was due a large refund. Ms Melissa researched our policy and did indeed verify we opened a new renters policy and contacted All Care providing the necessary proof required. She was so sweet and understanding and helpful. We are so grateful for all her assistance in this matter. Thanks to her wisdom and investigation of our claim We were able to provide the other company proof that we did indeed change companies and are now waiting to resolve the over payment and receive our refund. I highly recommend All State to anyone bespecially after the caring personalized service we received today. I give her a 100! Very pleased.. 1/29/2025 Another OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE from Ms Melissa at Statefarm. 5 STARS PLUS TODAY. I spoke to Ms Melissa to check on a payment and she was such a Blessing and so caring and professional as we discussed options to change our monthly payment as my husband no longer drives over an hour to work and I only drive 10 miles a week. She suggested safe driver options ,adjusted our due date and is checking with her supervisor to lower our payments. We have a " bundle with renters insurance " and we are so extremely happy that we switched from Progressive to Statefarm. Another excellent employee who deserves a raise! Thankyou Ms Melissa"

"If you are an African American please monitor your account with this company at all times. It is my opinion that Meagan and her crew deliberately try to cause lapse in coverage for African American by giving customers inaccurate information or not communicating with them at all. Statefarm offers a service to its customers to choose a method of communication. When that method is chosen by the customer it should not be intentionally changed by the agent to create an intentional lapse. Please educate our young men and women to monitor their accounts and not depend on the agencies to do what they are obligated to do to provide good customer service. There are many loop holes to destroy us! Stay woke!"
"Lenora, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Insurance policies only lapse when premiums are not paid. Because insurance is regulated, insurance companies are required to notify customers in writing when their insurance lapses. In addition, customers receive text notifications if they are opted in to the service. Accounts can also be logged into 24/7 at StateFarm.com to check an accounts status. When premiums are paid on a monthly basis, they are due on the same date every month. Many of our customers find it helpful to have premiums automatically withdrawn each month so as to not miss a payment due date. Please contact our office so we can assist you in setting this up."

"Meg and her staff are the absolute best! I switched from the insurance company I had after being involved in an accident and the person at fault had State Farm. I was treated much better by State Farm than my own insurance company, plus my rates for full coverage and renters insurance was lower than what I was paying with the old insurance. "Incorrect expectations were set by the insurance agent. The driving record is NOT pulled during quotes as previously explained through text messages with Riya. The incorrect information has cost me a lot of TIME today as I needed to backtrack so I could reinstate with my current insurance company, all while having back to back conference calls all day. Please know your product before answering any questions."
