ROLE DESCRIPTIONMegan Koterba - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. As Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position. RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are the first point of contact for current customers.
- Go above and beyond what is expected.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dedicated to customer service
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
BENEFITS
- Salary plus monthly uncapped commission and bonuses. Base salary of $35,300 - $39,600 for no industry experience with an average 1st year income with commission and bonuses of $43,400-$54,800. Higher base salary available as a Senior Account Rep for individuals with an active Property & Casualty or Life & Health producer license and proven successful Insurance industry experience.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health producer Licensing reimbursement and support available for those new to Insurance. Must be able to obtain prior to start date.

Compensation $34,500.00 - $74,525.00 per year
